Zambia in the ECSA Health Community
The Republic of Zambia is part of the ECSA Health Community member-state family. Zambia contributes to regional cooperation in public health, health systems strengthening, disease surveillance, emergency preparedness, maternal and child health, nutrition, and health workforce development.
Through ECSA-HC platforms, Zambia participates in regional policy dialogue, technical cooperation, programme implementation, and the sharing of lessons and good practices among member states.
Zambia’s participation supports ECSA-HC’s mandate of promoting cooperation and strengthening the capacity of health systems to respond to national and regional health priorities.
