Consultancy Opportunity – ECSA-HC CHS Secretariat

The East, Central and Southern Africa Health Community (ECSA-HC) invites qualified individual consultants to apply for a consultancy to support the development of a Strategic Management Framework and Operational Plan for the ECSA-HC College of Health Sciences (CHS) Secretariat.

This assignment will strengthen governance structures, define Secretariat operations, and enhance coordination across CHS constituent colleges in the region.
